Kathryn was my stylist and from consultation to end result, her professionalism, knowledge and kind, bubbly personality really astounded me. Her skillset is apparent but I loved how the girls in the salon consulted with each other and worked as a team, taking on each other’s opinions to decide what would work best for my hair. As a nervous first time client with a big colour stripping job at hand, all of the staff made me feel reassured and comfortable. I was offered several refreshments during my time there and felt really looked after. I really appreciated being spoken to about the process and having it explained to me whilst it was happening. It’s clear that the staff are passionate about what they do and I left feeling more than satisfied. I can’t wait to go back and continue my blonde journey! Thank you for your fantastic service.
